Simply pay a 25% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due around 7 days before your trip.

Provide your preferred delivery address, and we’ll send your luggage tags directly to you before you travel.

Our luggage transfer service for St. Cuthbert’s Way takes the weight off your shoulders, allowing you to enjoy this historic trail from Melrose to Holy Island with ease. We charge a minimum of £30 per leg for up to 3 bags up , with an additional £8 per extra bag. Between Berwick and Holy Island the Price is £20 per a leg for 2 bags. Each morning, simply leave your bags ready for collection, and we’ll ensure they’re safely delivered to your next accommodation—so you can focus on the journey, not the luggage.

Our luggage transfer service for the Northumberland Coastal Path makes your walk lighter and more enjoyable by transporting your bags between your accommodations each day. We charge a minimum of £20 per leg for up to 2 bags, with an additional £8 per extra bag. Our luggage transfer service for St Oswald’s Way ensures you can enjoy the walk without the strain of carrying heavy bags. Between Rothbury and Holy Island, prices start at £20 per leg for up to 2 bags, with an additional £8 per extra bag. For transfers between Rothbury and Heavenfield, the minimum charge is £30 per leg, which includes up to 3 bags, plus £8 per additional bag. We’ll collect your luggage each morning and deliver it safely to your next accommodation, leaving you free to focus on the beautiful scenery and rich history of St Oswald’s Way.

What routes do you service?

We currently provide luggage transfer services along three beautiful and popular walking routes in Northumberland: the Northumberland Coastal Path, St. Oswald’s Way, and St. Cuthbert’s Way. These routes cover a mix of stunning coastline, peaceful countryside, and historic landmarks—from Cresswell to Berwick-upon-Tweed, Rothbury to Holy Island or Heavenfield, and Melrose to Holy Island.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours run throughout the day to ensure a smooth and reliable service. Luggage must be ready for collection by 09:30 each morning, and on the first day, your bags will be tagged with the lead person’s name for easy identification. We guarantee that your luggage will arrive at your destination accommodation no later than 16:00, so it’s ready and waiting when you finish your walk.

Do you do discounts for large groups?

Yes, we do! We offer discounts for large groups—please get in touch with us directly to discuss your group size and itinerary, and we’ll be happy to provide a tailored quote.

Do you also transport passengers?

Yes, we do! In addition to our luggage transfer services, we also offer passenger transport through our sister company, Alnwick Wizard Taxis. If you’re using our luggage transfer service, you’ll receive generous discounts on taxi journeys during your walk—perfect for transfers to and from your starting point, accommodations, or trail connections
